What a week!

We sure have come a long way from, "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings."

In case you haven’t noticed, the Biden family business narrative has radically shifted -- from Joe insisting he never talked to his son about his overseas business dealings, to the president’s handlers saying he wasn’t involved in the business, to Democrats claiming it’s “preposterous” to think Joe wouldn’t speak to his son’s associates.

Much like they did with the on-the-record and evidence-based testimony from former Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski, Democrats and their corporate media PR outfits have spent the hours since Devon Archer’s testimony last Monday, insisting there’s nothing to see here, but that is not the reality of the situation.

When you cut through it all, it comes down to this simple fact. The business of the Biden Crime Family was selling access. Knowing the right person to contact and knowing that person expects your call is powerful stuff in Washington, DC. For people bidding on a plum government deal, or someone who has a hot new scheme, or someone who is in a jam, that's gold. Access in DC is everything.

The problem for the Bidens comes from their business model. They approached their facilitating business as a criminal enterprise from the get-go. This accusation can be easily demonstrated by the fact that Hunter Biden never registered as a foreign agent and he even directed his associates to avoid complying with the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Hunter, his associates, and those who benefited monetarily from these deals are felons. The deals they were doing with foreign entities were mostly suspicious to begin with. They were for big bucks and required the washing of monies through networks of businesses and banks and it was all done behind the government's back.

Any person who willfully violates any provision of FARA or any regulation thereunder, or in any registration statement or supplement thereto or in any other document filed with or furnished to the Attorney General under the provisions of FARA willfully makes a false statement of a material fact or willfully omits any material fact required to be stated therein or willfully omits a material fact or a copy of a material document necessary to make the statements therein and the copies of documents furnished therewith not misleading, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $250,000 or by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years. See 22 U.S.C. § 618(a); 18 U.S.C. § 3571.

The Post revealed dozens of sit-downs between Hunter and Joe Biden that were frequently scheduled just days after Hunter visited with foreign officials.

The Democrats responded as they always do -- they lied

CNN covered Devon Archer's testimony as though they were Joe Biden's lawyers.. CNN repeatedly ran Rep. Dan Goldman's (D-NY) comment that twisted and misrepresented what Archer had testified to. Goldman lied and said that Archer said Hunter Biden was selling the "illusion" of having access to Joe Biden -- implying that Joe Biden was kind of an unwilling partner -- duped by his son, Hunter.

As the transcripts reveal, it was Goldman and only Goldman who used the term "illusion of access" to describe Hunter's business model, not Archer -- and Archer's answer was far more nuanced than Goldman let us to believe.

Saying, "a really a stunning development...apparently business was never discussed," the CNN spokesman overlooks the obvious, that these brief introductions were not about conducting business, but introductions -- establishing relationships -- the business would follow in due time.

Catherine Herridge: "When you look at the transcript, what you see is that phrase "illusion of access" is in Dan Goldman's question, it's actually not what Devon Archer testified to."

And then they cried

CNN couldn't help itself and brought out the crying towel in defense of The Big Guy. They reminded their viewers that during the Burisma period of documented Ukrainian corruption and the Bidens’ lucrative entanglements there, Beau Biden was dying. So, Joe and Hunter were grieving and they had to talk to each other every day -- in the middle of meetings with foreign bad guys -- seriously, that’s what they're going with:

We can’t fault selective family man Joe for his poor judgment -- he really just loves his son Hunter very much, and the two were working through their shared grief about the death of Biden’s elder son, Beau. Some father-son duos bond over fishing and golf -- who are we to judge if the Biden men sought solace in some good old-fashioned influence-peddling and an obsessive meteorological hobby?

Debunking the "no evidence" narrative

Let's understand something. The "no evidence" story just ain't gonna fly. Let's take a short walk through the Burisma deal. Then we'll look at a really bad deal -- the Biden Crime Family's deal with America's greatest enemy, the Chinese communists.

Vadym Pozharskyi meets Joe Biden

Biden met with Hunter's Ukrainian business associate, Vadym Pozharskyi, in Washington, DC, in April, 2015 while he was vice president. Hunter had organized a Tuesday-evening dinner in a private room at Georgetown's Café Milano for the clandestine introduction.

Also at that dinner was Elena Baturina, the Russian businesswoman and wife of late Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov. Baturina sent $3.5 million to Hunter's firm, Rosemont Seneca the previous year for God-only-knows-what. Gabriel Popoviciu, a Romanian tycoon that was having some "political problems" back home was also present.

Now, these people didn't "discuss business" at the dinner. That's not what the dinner was about. The dinner showed the Bidens' guests that Hunter was not full of crap -- The Big Guy was in the game and had their backs -- and they probably did talk about the weather. After all, it was spring in the District of Columbia and the cherry blossoms were in bloom.

However, this email is real evidence and it's evidence that the dinner meeting happened and it was for the express purpose of presenting Joe Biden -- the man who could get things done -- to Hunter's clients.

Vadym Pozharskyi thanks Hunter Biden

Here's the email, written by Pozharskyi the day after the dinner. In it, he thanks Hunter for the "opportunity to meet your father."

No words needed to be spoken. It was a "social" dinner and everybody knew that whatever had to happen, they had a powerful helper -- just don't ever, ever talk to "him" about business. That's what Hunter was for and that's how it worked.

Vadym Pozharskyi's quid pro quo

It was one hell of a meal, because later that same month, Hunter was named to Burisma's board at $1 million per year for five years ($5 million) to be paid in monthly installments of $83,333.33 per month and he never had to show up at the office. Not bad for a guy who couldn't speak the language and who knew nothing about the oil and gas industry -- but, there was a quo for the quid.

Ukraine's prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, was investigating crimes allegedly committed by Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma and Zlochevsky wanted Shokin to go away -- and so, a deal was agreed to -- Joe Biden would apply pressure to have Shokin taken off the case.

Vadym Pozharskyi wants his "deliverables"

On Nov 2, 2015, the director of Burisma's board wrote Hunter demanding "deliverables", specifically to get "high-ranking US officials" to "close down" the cases against Burisma, and thereby forever casting upon the Internet -- the smoking gun -- "the ultimate purpose to close down any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine."

Joe Biden delivers the goods

That lit a fire under Joe Biden who then called for the removal of then-chief prosecutor Viktor Shokin and threatened to withhold $1 billion in foreign aid if Shokin was not fired within six hours. So, Shokin was fired by President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

Biden was so pleased with himself he even bragged about completing his mission on TV.

This is "OG" Joe Biden, the original gangster, threatening "do what I want you to do, or else!" That's extortion. Worse, Biden is using a congressionally approved loan guarantee as his gun.

"If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money."

If the president didn't fire the state prosecutor, who was all over Hunter Biden's boss, Joe Biden was going to take it upon himself to cancel a loan guarantee meant to help Ukraine resist Russian pressure.

The Biden bribe from Burisma was deposited in Satabank, a Maltese bank account opened by Burisma Executive Vadym Pozharskyi in Hunter Biden's name. Pozharskyi facilitated the establishment of the Maltese bank account for Hunter the year after the Washington DC private dinner.

The "no evidence" mantra

That’s the narrative of choice for the corporate media, apparently. Jonathan Lemire of MSNBC and Politico is a good example. He denied revelations that then-Vice President Joe Biden spoke to Hunter’s foreign business associates on the phone dozens of times and claimed there is no evidence, when it's all over the place. The thing is, they have to look, but they won't -- or can't.

"There is no evidence of impeachable crimes!"

Maybe, just maybe, if they say it enough it will become true. That's what psychologist call "magical thinking," believing that if a person thinks for something hard enough and long enough it will come true. Children do it a lot. It's really nuts when adults do it.

The Chinese communists are a bridge too far

The Burisma deal -- extortion, bribery, money laundering -- is bad, but doing business with the Chinese communists to advance Xi's Belt and Road initiative was treasonous,.

The Bidens never gave it a second thought.

Democrats and the media scream, "there is no evidence," but there is evidence -- bank records that demonstrate that the entire Biden Crime Family shared in the wealth.

Everybody in the Biden family got a piece and this is only one deal out of many. The Biden network of twenty-four shell companies and associated bank accounts make following the money a difficult task, but new bank records are being received by the House Oversight Committee weekly.

Over the course of 14 months, the Chinese energy conglomerate, CEFC China Energy, and its executives paid $4.8 million to entities controlled by Hunter Biden and his uncle. Joe's 10% take from that deal -- $480,000 -- cash!

Hunter Biden received at least $5 million in payments from CEFC, and Ho, a CEFC deputy, also agreed to pay him a $1 million retainer, and don’t forget about that email discussing “10 held by H for the big guy” -- an reference to Joe Biden getting a 10% cut of a deal Hunter was working out with the Chinese energy company, CEFC.

Last year, the BBC reported that an “email from Hunter Biden in August 2017 showed he was receiving a $10 million annual fee from a Chinese billionaire for “introductions alone.” There was no need to discuss business.

The WhatsApp message to CEFC employee and translator Raymond Zhao appears to have set in motion one of the Biden family’s largest foreign income streams.
