Americans know what Joe Biden and Company are up to

The Department of Justice (DoJ) has taken unprecedented steps to prosecute [persecute] former President Donald Trump in both the federal and state courts. Americans see what they are doing and instinctively know it's wrong.

A dedicated cadre of unelected bureaucrats are acting with clear political bias and they are using U.S. law as a weapon against their political enemies. The only thing that rivals their level of bias against Trump and his supporters is their lack of appetite for an investigation into the corruption of the Biden Crime Family.

The DoJ has chosen to use criminal indictments and prosecutions to deal with what the White House [Joe Biden] sees as their [his] “political problem” -- Donald Trump -- and therein lies an unconstitutional and dangerous precedent.

Make no mistake, the Democrats, especially Joe Biden, are terrified of Donald Trump. They know that if he is elected to the White House again, heads will roll. This knowledge makes the leaders of the coup -- and it is a coup -- highly motivated to destroy Trump, and what he represents, forever!

Their motivation is so high that any constitutional limits that get in the way are quickly disregarded.

Political weaponization of the law by the DoJ and backed up by the FBI is a terrible mistake. Such a path opens a Pandora’s Box of “what’s next” and the greatest threat to the Constitution since the Civil War.

It's collusion and it's run from the top

There is little question who is behind it all.

The White House counsel’s office -- that's the president's lawyer -- met with a top aide to Special Counsel Jack Smith just weeks before he brought charges against former President Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents — raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts aimed at Biden’s likely opponent in 2024.

Jay Bratt, who joined the special counsel team in November 2022, shortly after it was formed, took a meeting in the White House on March 31, 2023, with Caroline Saba, deputy chief of staff for the White House counsel’s office, White House visitor logs show.

Americans see what's going on. A strong majority of voters believe Biden played a role in indicting Trump according to a recent McLaughlin & Associates poll.

There's that 30% to 33% that is the core of the Democratic Party Left. This chart tells you that both Republicans and Independents see what is going on, but that isn't difficult. Biden's lawyers and cops -- the DoJ and FBI -- have abandoned any attempt at discretion. They're coming full bore against Trump and anybody who supports him -- especially the lawyers.

The Democrats see these numbers, but still they press ahead. With the 2024 elections looming in the near future, you have to wonder how far they will go to prevent Trump from regaining the office?

A double standard of justice

So, while the DoJ is doing everything in its power to destroy Trump or keep him off the ballot, it still has to defend the Biden Crime Family, especially Hunter. To do this, AG Garland appointed U.S. Attorney David Weiss as Special Counsel into investigation of Hunter Biden crimes, and thus began the very public coverup of Hunter Biden's crimes.

Weiss, who bungled the investigation into Hunter Biden and was the architect of the sweetheart plea deal that fell apart under scrutiny from a federal judge, has been elevated to Special Counsel by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, renewing concerns from congressional investigators about how the Department of Justice (DoJ) may have been attempting to circumvent the rule of law in favor of the Biden family.

Given that the DoJ deviated substantially from standard investigative practice during its investigation of Hunter Biden’s criminal conduct, how it brokered an apparently unprecedented plea deal for Hunter Biden, and how, only after five years of waiting, Merrick Garland opted to appoint Mr. Weiss as Special Counsel, even though Weiss, under the law, is not eligible to be special counsel.

AG Garland insists he has all the authority he needs to assign Weiss to the case (and, indeed, Weiss has been assigned to it throughout Garland’s tenure), but under the law that Garland purports to be applying, what makes a special counsel special is that he or she is a lawyer brought in from outside the government,

"The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government."

Weiss is a civil servant. He is employed by the Department of Justice. He is a "member of the government." U.S. Attorney David Weiss is clearly ineligible for the job, but he has been appointed nevertheless. The goal here is to cover up rather than uncover the Biden Crime Family's corruption, so the law must take second place to the requirements of the moment, and again, the Democrats are making no attempts at hiding their actions. It's "in your face," hardassed politics.

Americans see what's going on and again the polls show the alignment. It's the entire country against the Left. Everybody understands.

The "lack of evidence" piles up

American First Legal obtained new docs from their lawsuit against the National Archives revealing over 1,000 emails between Rosemont Seneca and the Office of Vice President. The vast majority of these emails consisted of direct communications between Rosemont Seneca employees, including Hunter Biden, and the Office of the Vice President.

The White House asserted executive privilege over another 200 records housed at the National Archives concerning Hunter Biden’s business interactions with the Office of the Vice President during the Obama administration

The National Archives and Records Administration has admitted that it is in possession of nearly 5,400 emails, electronic records and documents that show Biden using the aliases, Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters and JRB Ware, the 80-year-old was known to use in the White House during his time as Obama’s vice president.

If Democrats had a shred of integrity, they'd vote to remove the Biden if it’s proven that he received bribes from foreign nationals, but even if the Oversight Committee had a video of Ukrainian oligarchs handing Biden bags full of cash, not one Democrat would vote to impeach, and that's where we are.

Meanwhile, emails obtained by the Heritage Foundation establish that on multiple occasions, the Department of Justice intervened on behalf of Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss to respond to congressional inquiries related to the Hunter Biden investigation.

This revelation raises more questions about the June 7, 2023, letter dispatched to House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan under Weiss’s signature line, in which the Delaware U.S. attorney claimed he had “ultimate authority” over charging decisions related to Hunter Biden. It also suggests Weiss and the DOJ may have conspired to mislead Congress.

We've seen enough! The emperor has "no" clothes, not "new" clothes. Biden is bare-assed naked to the truth and only the hard-core Democratic Left are defending what The Big Guy and his cohorts in the DoJ and FBI are doing. They too know the war against Trump would not exist, but for the corruption within the Biden administration.

They also know they must ignore that which is right in front of their eyes for the "greater good" of "Our Democracy."

An old history professor finally gets it

One of the nice things about Joe Biden's cognitive dissonance is that he may not know what's going on about him and it may not occur to him that it matters. He is just going on with his life. Going back to the beach. He's relaxing. He's done some bicycling. He has a pretty decent life and it doesn't occur to him that all these other things are piling up in a way that will be an absolute disaster for the Democratic party.

My personal guess is the driving force behind the Biden administration is Barack Obama. Obama is the only president since Woodrow Wilson to stay in Washington and in Wilson's case, he stayed because he had a severe stroke and he could not be moved.

So the fact that Obama is here all the time, the fact that his staff permeates, literally permeates the Biden administration and Obama is really, really smart. Whatever Biden's problems are at being kind of slow and cognitively decaying, Obama doesn't have any of those problems. If you watched the administration, it is much more an Obama administration than say the Joe Biden of 10 or 15 years ago. This is a very radical, very left-wing administration deeply dedicated to policies that are close to crazy. Their electric car policy is a disaster. As President Trump said this will destroy at least 100,000 jobs and will achieve nothing in the long run. Their policies, they might propose that Americans are limited to 2 beers a week. The kind of petty nanny state interference that most Americans will find crazy.
