The inquisition in New York goes full commie

New York Attorney General Letitia James isn’t done inflicting indignities and injustices on former President Donald Trump. Her office now wants to exclude his four expert witnesses who will testify next week. The reason for the exclusion?

The judge has already ruled Donald Trump "guilty." Judge Freak did that on the opening day of the trial, reversing two-hundred and fifty years of "a man is innocent until proven guilty by a jury of his peers."

In a letter to New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, the state attorneys argue that their testimonies “are no longer relevant.”

This is communism.

Rep. Elise Stefanik, the House GOP conference chair, has filed a judicial ethics complaint against Judge Engoron, who is presiding over the New York civil fraud case against Donald Trump, accusing him of “weaponized lawfare” against the former president, and calling on the judge to recuse himself.

Engoron has exhibited “clear judicial bias” against Trump, including by telling Trump’s attorney that the former president is “just a bad guy” whom New York Attorney General Letitia James “should go after,” Stefanik, R-N.Y., said in a letter to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct. She said the judge has failed to honor Trump’s due process rights, concerns that she said are exacerbated by the former president’s position as the front-runner for the presidential nomination.

Hunter Biden has been subpoenaed to appear before Congress

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said:

"The House Oversight Committee has followed the money and built a record of evidence revealing how Joe Biden knew, was involved in, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes. Now, the House Oversight Committee is going to bring in members of the Biden family and their associates to question them on this record of evidence. Unlike the many lies President Biden told the American people about his family’s business schemes, bank records don’t lie. These records reveal how the Bidens sold Joe Biden around to the world to benefit the Biden family, including Joe Biden himself, to the detriment of U.S. interests."

And bring all your friends! Like, Joe's brother James Biden, money launderer Rob Walker, money man Eric Schwerin, associate Mervyn Yan, art lover Elizabeth Naftali, and art dealer Georges Bergès, have also been called.

James Biden is Joe Biden's brother. He has been doin' deals since 2010.

Rob Walker was the pivot man in the Biden family money laundering operations.

Eric Schwerin was the money man and president of Hunter's Rosemont Seneca Partners. Schwerin handled the personal, intra-Biden-family money matters

Mervyn Yan was involved with Hudson West III, one of the shell companies between CEFC and the Bidens.

Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali is a Los Angeles real estate investor and Democratic donor named to a U.S. commission by Joe Biden. Naftali "purchased" $1.3 million of Hunter Biden’s art.

Georges Bergès, is the art dealer who has been overseeing the sale of Hunter's paintings.

It will be interesting to see who will and who will not show up.

On Thursday, despite record numbers of encounters with illegal immigrants crossing the southern U.S. border by the thousands every day, including hundreds listed on the Terrorist Watch List, the head of Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security claimed under oath, that there is "not a disaster."

''The immigration system is a broken system," is Mayorkas' standard answer for conditions at the U. S.-Mexico border. The entire Biden administration falls back on that nonsense whenever questioned.

There is no immigration system whatsoever. It does not exist. The "immigration system" is a myth -- and you cannot fix a myth.

There have been at least 284 apprehensions on the U.S. southern border of persons known to be on the Terrorist Watch List. These figures do not include terrorists who are potentially part of the 1.5 million known "gotaways." Joseph Humire of the Washington, D. C.-based Center for a Secure Free Society said that the U.S. Border Patrol has also apprehended migrants with explosive devices that were, in the words of Sen. John Barrasso, "tailored for terrorism," but Mayorkas is not concerned in the least.

So what do leftists like Mayorkas do whenever they are caught lying to Congress and by extension, the American People?

Why, they wring their hands and the play the victim.

First Mayorkas drags in the quarter of a million Border Patrol and Customs agents -- who are unable to control the border, because of his policies -- then he plays his "victim" card.

He says his mothers family were killed in the holocaust. That is a horrible thing, but it has nothing to do with the reason he is being grilled by the U. S. Senate in what is supposed to be an "adversarial" setting, but it sets up a completely irrelevant shot at Sen. Hawley, who is simply doing his job -- unlike Mayorkas.

What Mayorkas is really saying is, because some of his ancestors died in the Holocaust, he is above criticism.

What Wikipedia says is that, "His mother, Anita (Gabor), was a Romanian Jew whose family escaped the Holocaust and fled to Cuba in the 1940s before leaving to the United States shortly after Fidel Castro seized Havana in 1959." His father, Charles R. "Nicky" Mayorkas, was born in Cuba and owned and operated a steel wool factory before the revolution.

It's kinda ironic that the son of refugees from Germany's national socialists and Cuba's communists is Joe Biden's #1 tool for turning the U. S. A. into a socialist state.

Mayorkas' pity-party did him little good. The House will likely hold a vote this Tuesday on impeaching the snake. Watch for the RINO votes. They, who vote "no" are the enemy inside the Republican Party.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has filed an impeachment resolution against DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for "high crimes and misdemeanors" over the Biden administration's failure to stop a flood of immigrants from illegally entering the United States.

MTG's resolution goes on to cite Article II of the Constitution, which requires that "the Executive branch, which today includes the Secretary of Homeland Security, ensure the laws passed by Congress and signed into law by the President are faithfully executed," as well as the Secure Fence Act of 2006, which requires that the Secretary of Homeland Security "maintain operational control over the entire international land and maritime borders of the United States."

"In his willful admittance of border crossers, terrorists, human traffickers, drugs, and other contraband, Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas has failed to maintain operational control of the border, thereby violating the Secure Fence Act of 2006."

She also cited reports showing that more than 10 million illegal immigrants have entered the United States during Mayorkas' tenure, including "terrorists, human traffickers, drugs, and other contraband."

As the Washington Examiner notes, "The 10 million number referenced in the resolution combines 8 million encounters at the southern border with another 1.8 million “gotaways,” or immigrants who managed to evade U.S. border officials and remain in the country to this day. The remaining number of immigrants includes individuals from Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt, Turkey, and other countries."

She also accuses Mayorkas of failing to stop the flow of fentanyl into the United States via the southern border -- noting that Customs and Border Patrol has seized approximately 11,200 pounds of the drug during 2021, and another 14,700 in 2022.

Over 70,000 Americans died from fentanyl in fiscal year 2022,, which is now the number one killer of Americans between the ages of 18 and 45. Fentanyl kills approximately 300 Americans a day and the amount of unseized fentanyl has not even been taken into account.

The only possible problem with the impeachment vote, is the new Speaker, who just flip-flopped on the Joe Biden impeachment.

The new Speaker does a 180º

Just a while back, before he was elected Speaker of the House, Rep. Johnson had this to say about Joe Biden.

Well, now that he's got the job, things have changed and Speaker Johnson is not going to do a damned thing about it. Johnson just announced, that due to lack of evidence, Joe Biden will not be impeached.

In a private meeting with moderate Republicans this week, the new Speaker agreed with the RINOs who argued that since Biden’s polling numbers have been weaker, there is less of a political imperative to impeach him.

1. Is there truly no evidence of an impeachable offense?

2. Have the speaker and the Biden Administration cut a backroom deal" There will be no impeachment in exchange for -- what?

So there will be no impeachment of Joe Biden. Not because there’s insufficient evidence all of a sudden, and not because it's the correct thing to do, but because the political need isn't pressing enough -- because Biden's numbers are low.

So, we're screwed again!

A significant majority of voters say the country is heading in the wrong direction, according to a voice poll conducted in conjunction with Noble Predictive Insights. This poll found that 66% of "likely voters" say the country is headed in the wrong direction compared to just 24% who say it is headed in the right direction.

That 24% represents the far Left and the new Democrats who, under the guidance and control of Barack Obama, have seized the levers of power through corruption and deceit. They have to be stopped by all legal means and there may only be one last shot to stop them -- election 2024.

Do something -- anything!
