The Mar-a-Lago Raid
Was A Documents Hunt
The White House, the DoJ and the National Archives framed Donald Trump
Newly unsealed court records in Donald Trump’s classified documents case reveal that the Biden White House colluded with the National Archives (NARA), the DoJ and the FBI to hang a frame around the former president's neck.
The missing binder
At the heart of Jack Smith's "documents" case is a binder that contains damning evidence of the Democratic Party's conspiracy to convince the American People that Donald Trump conspired with an enemy state, Russia, to steal the 2016 election and then do its bidding as commander-in-chief -- the whos, the whats and the hows.
The mainstream media reported the "highly classified" binder contained evidence detailing how Russia helped Trump win the 2016 election, but the Mueller Investigation found no evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. The fact is the binder contains detailed evidence of FBI and CIA spying on Donald Trump, his family, his associates and his 2016 campaign.
The experts agree that what the binder contains is the names and true facts and evidence behind the illegal and unconstitutional spying that the feds conducted during Russigate, especially Operation "Crossfire Hurricane," the FBI's illegal eavesdropping into Trump and the Trump Campaign, and the CIA's "Five Eyes" investigations into Trump's associates conducted by America's allies.
The Democrats want the binder real bad, but it went missing. from the White House during President Trump's final days in office, so, Team Biden decided to throw a frame around Donald Trump's neck to get it back -- or to get him -- and it is unbelievable how big this frame has become.
The FBI's "Crossfire Hurricane" operation
"Crossfire Hurricane" was the codename for the unconstitutional domestic spying operation which the FBI conducted between July 31, 2016, and May 17, 2017, into alleged connections between Trump, Trump’s associates and officials and Russia. It was the operation that lovebirds, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, referred to as the "insurance policy," and was one of the most incompetent and corrupt investigations in the history of the FBI and DoJ.
The FBI repeatedly lied to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to obtain surveillance warrants on Trump and associates. Exculpatory information was withheld on those being investigated. The investigators, with some notable exceptions, were incredibly biased, and used the powers of law enforcement for political purposes. The subjects of the investigation had their lives turned upside down.
The leadership of the FBI, under James Comey and Andrew McCabe, knowingly allowed tremendous misdeeds. As far as the investigators were concerned, there was no other explanation other than the Trump campaign was colluding with foreign powers. At every turn the FBI and DoJ ignored the stop signs that were in abundance regarding exculpatory information.
The CIA's "Five Eyes" operation
As an adjunct to the FBI's "Crossfire Hurricane" operation, the Brennan's Central Intelligence Agency tasked its “Five Eyes”partners -- an intelligence alliance of the U. S., U. K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand -- to spy on Trump’s associates overseas and share the intelligence they acquired with U. S. agencies.
Coverup after coverup after coverup . . .
Remember, every single activity by our intelligence community that has taken place after the November, 2016, election was intended to cover up the DoJ's and FBI's illegal activities against Donald Trump during the campaign. This is critical to understand.
The Mueller investigation was a coverup operation intended to throw a bag over the weaponization of the DoJ and FBI toward candidate Donald Trump and if it wasn't about Trump, the Mueller investigation ignored it.
The Frame
The binder's disappearance was so concerning to intelligence officials that they briefed Senate Intelligence Committee leaders about the "alleged" missing materials and the government’s efforts to retrieve them.
Shortly thereafter, the Biden White House and the National Archives (NARA) began to concoct a "classified documents" case against Trump.
It began when the National Archives contacted the White House over some missing boxes allegedly containing Trump's presidential documents. It moved on to the illegal raid on the home of the former President of the United States, Joe Biden's chief political opponent, and culminated with Jack Smith.
They began the formal process in May 2021
Contrary to public and legal assertions, the National Archives (NARA) was working with the DoJ and the White House to craft a criminal referral against Trump as early as May, 2021 -- seventeen months before the "official" referral by NARA to the DoJ in February, 2022.
The setup!
In August 2021, Kathy Geisler, the director of the Office of Portfolio Management, sent two pallets of document to Mar-a-Lago, and four to a storage unit.
Two pallets, loaded with bankers boxes full of documents that had been held by GSA somewhere outside of DC is dumped at Mar-a-Lago. These are the boxes that ended up containing the papers with "classified markings."
This is absolute proof that Trump did not pack these boxes up and take them to Mar A Lago, instead, the government packs them up and moves them just like they moved Obama's to Chicago.
Organizing the frame
On Septermber 20, 2021, Jay Bratt, who is now Jack Smith's chief prosecutor, met with Katherine Reilly, an adviser to Ron Klein, Joe Biden's Chief of Staff and others in the White House SCIF. The agenda item was, "24 Trump boxes that were still in Residence."
Then, on November 8, 2021, Bratt had a meeting with Caroline Saba, a Deputy Chief of Staff in the White House Counsel's Office.
During the same period, NARA officials, including Archivist David Ferriero and General Counsel Gary Stern were also having meetings with White House officials, including Dana Remus and Jonathan Su.
Joe Biden "requests" the FBI find the missing documents
On May 12, 2022 Joe Biden granted the FBI the authority to seize "15 boxes" of disputed records."
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) documents issue was the auspices or justification for the raid, but that wasn’t the intent of the raid. The raid on Mar-a-Lago was a retrieval effort where the DoJ and FBI were looking for the missing binder, the evidence of their misconduct that they suspected Trump took with him after his time in office.
That’s it, that binder was the core purpose of the raid.
The raid on Mar-A-Lago
On August 8, 2022, at least thirty FBI agents, three DoJ officials, and members of Florida Law Enforcement conducted a midnight raid on the private residence of the former President of the United States of America at Mar-a-Lago. We now have information that supports the theory that they were looking for a "lost binder" that contained all of the intelligence related to the Deep State' operations against the Trump campaign and administration.
The FBI spent hours in President Trump’s private office, and searched every room in the historic home. As the day wore on, the FBI forced Trump's attorney, Christina Bobb, to sit outside in the 91-degree heat, and would not allow the lawyers to observe them ransack the former president's home. The FBI agents even searched through former first lady Melania Trump’s wardrobe and left it a mess.
“Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before,” President Trump said in a statement. “After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.”
The DoJ and the FBI was on a search mission to retain full control of the evidence that showed corrupt and illegal conduct by people in the Obama administration. The DoJ, the FBI, DOJ-NSD, FBI Counterintelligence Division, ODNI, CIA, SSCI and Legislative Gang of Eight, all participated or were willfully blind to the 2016/2017 activity (Russiagate) of a weaponized government targeting a Republican political candidate. This action was grossly illegal and unlawful.
Jack Smith is appointed "special counsel"
On November 18, 2022. Attorney General Merrick Garland appoints Jack Smith as special counsel -- which appears to be illegal -- to oversee the entirety of the Justice Department's criminal investigation into the efforts to overturn the 2020 election, as well as the unlawful retention of national defense information at former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
When the binder was not found, what followed was Jack Smith's indictment of Donald J. Trump on “felony violations of our national security laws” and “participating in a conspiracy to obstruct justice.”
If they couldn't get the binder, they would get Trump.
Unfortunately, in order to hang Trump, Smith had to hide all the elements of the Democrats conspiracy from Trump's attorneys and the judge by redacting the text on scores of documents that Smith was using against Trump -- and that was a big mistake -- Judge Cannon, the trial judge, got suspicious and started unredacting documents, and lo and behold -- more hanky-panky by the boys in the Biden administration!
Judge Cannon exposes the conspiracy
Julie Kelly has the documents containing the key evidence related to classified documents case that Judge Cannon ordered unredacted and released.
Kelly says that the documents describe a plan to disable Trump, dates back to 2021, and involves numerous individuals. Special Counsel Jack Smith’s alleged efforts to conceal evidence in the classified documents case further underscore the depth of the scheme.
Smith’s apparent justification for keeping evidence of collusion between the White House, the DoJ and NARA officials under wraps, was claiming that the intelligence community was a “victim” of Trump.
The documents, which included hundreds of pages of exhibits, motions, and other filings, underscored the close communication the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration had in the year before Trump was indicted.
Trump has consistently maintained that NARA was out to get him and that the agency had been maliciously coordinating with Joe Biden’s White House from the outset of its pursuit. Newly unredacted court papers showing Trump and Smith battling over access to discovery reveal examples of the communication Trump has criticized.
Here are several documents, in redacted and unredacted form. On the left: What DoJ/Jack Smith wanted to conceal and on the right, the proof of collaboration between the Biden White House, the National Archives (NARA), and the Department of Justice (DoJ).
The conspiracy evolves
In May 2021: The National Archives general counsel and the White House Office of Records Management allege that Trump had left the White House with documents belonging to the National Archives and began threatening to bring the matter to the attention of Congress and the Department of Justice.
October 2021: NARA Counsel Stern drafted a referral letter "about the missing documents." A "referral letter" is the document that begins a DoJ criminal investigation. Stern forwards the letter to the DoJ and the DoJ sets out to "get Trump."
January 21 2022: NARA General Counsel and White House General Counsel notify the NARA Office of Inspector General and the Director of National Intelligence of the referral letter sent to the DoJ..
January 25, 2022: "Acting on instructions from the White House," Thomas Monheim, the Inspector General of the United States Intelligence Community is notified.
The Department of Energy retroactively terminate President Trump's "Q" clearance.
What will happen next?
Expect Jack Smith to avoid responding to the release. He will leave that to the Democrats' allies in the media, but these frustrations will only compel the administration to double its ongoing political and legal efforts to paint President Trump in a bad light to the voters before the election.
But they still don't have the binder!
