Gal Luft is one of the whistleblowers in the House Oversight Committee’s Biden family corruption investigation. He is now living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location. The former Israeli Defense Force colonel vanished from Cyprus last month while on bail awaiting extradition to the U. S. on seven charges brought by the U. S. Justice Department..

Luft denies the allegations, which include five charges relating to the Arms Export Control Act of conspiring to sell Chinese products to the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Libya, as well as a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and of making a false statement.

Luft claims he was forced to skip bail because he is the victim of a political persecution by the United States Justice Department because of what he knows about Joe Biden, his son Hunter, and brother Jim.

“The chances of me getting a fair trial in Washington are virtually zero. I had to do what I had to do.”

The DoJ's story

On Wednesday of last week, the United States Attorneys Office announced that a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, by the name of Gal Luft, was an international fugitive. Luft was indicted in January by prosecutors in the Southern District of New York for failing to register as a foreign agent,

Luft is accused of recruiting former CIA director James Woolsey on behalf of CEFC China Energy to write articles touting pro-Beijing policies.

The DoJ contends that in 2015, the China Energy Fund Committee, the non-governmental section of the CEFC China Energy Company paid Luft’s think tank, the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, $350,000 each year to “recruit and educate” a former high-ranking US official to “make public statements… which were in the interest of China.”

Luft, who swears he never sold a bullet to anybody, denies the DoJ's charges and claims that the criminal case is a political hit job meant to stop him from testifying in front of the House Oversight Committee. Luft says he has personal knowledge that the Biden family received payments from individuals with ties to Chinese military intelligence, and that they were working with an FBI mole who provided classified information to CEFC.

Luft's nightmare began in 2019, when he contacted the FBI about information he had about the Bidens. Luft was doing deals with CEFC at the same time that the Biden Crime Family was doing deals with CEFC, Believing he was being a good citizen, Luft went to the FBI to inform them about the nefarious activities of the Biden Crime Family months before the laptop hit the news.

The DoJ sent a delegation of six people to meet Luft in Brussels, four FBI agents and two prosecutors from the Southern District of New York. Oddly, among the FBI contingent was Special Agent Joshua Wilson from the Baltimore field office. Wilson would go on to sign a subpoena later that year to seize Hunter’s abandoned laptop from a Delaware repair shop.

Luft says he told the DoJ and the FBI in Brussels that Joe Biden, soon after his vice presidential term ended, had attended a meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC, with his son Hunter and officials from CEFC China Energy.

Luft told the FBI that CEFC was paying Hunter $100,000 a month and uncle Jim Biden $65,000 in exchange for information from their FBI mole and use of the Biden name to promote China’s Belt and Road Initiative around the world.

“Over an intensive two-day meeting, I shared my information about the Biden family’s financial transactions with CEFC, including specific dollar figures. I also provided the name of Rob Walker, who later became known as Hunter Biden’s bagman.”

Luft told the FBI about the Biden-CEFC connection before the laptop. So, when the laptop was found, the FBI had corroborating evidence from two different sources and buried that information. The FBI doesn't want that information to come forward.

The Ho case and the forbidden word

What terrifies Luft is that the DoJ prosecutors would do during any trial of him was what they did to Patrick Ho's during his trial -- put all testimony about the Bidens "off limits.".

This is why Luft fled Cyprus. He says if he is unable to mention the name "Biden" in any trial, he's screwed and he knows he's screwed.

What Gal Luft Told the FBI

First son Hunter Biden advised then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office on who to invite for state occasions involving China, as well as where to visit on a trip to Africa.

Three entirely redacted emails refer in the subject line to a “China Lunch” in apparent connection with then-Chinese President Hu Jintao’s January 2011 state visit to Washington, while three others pertain to “Nairobi ideas” ahead of Joe Biden’s visit to Kenya in June 2010.

The emails were acknowledged but “withheld in full” in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking communications between Joe Biden’s office, Hunter Biden and first brother James Biden, with whom Hunter partnered on many ventures.

The China and Nairobi-focused emails were redacted in their entirety, with the Archives citing a “p5” exception under the Freedom of Information Act. The exception shields “confidential communications requesting or submitting advice, between the President and the President’s advisers, or between such advisers.”

The indictment of Gal Luft establishes that the Biden DoJ considers CEFC China Energy to be a "Chinese foreign principal" for the purposes of FARA. Gal Luft was charged under FARA for his work for CEFC, while Hunter Biden wasn't.

He says he was forced to skip bail in luft has claimed in April while awaiting extradition “because I did not believe I will receive a fair trial in a New York court.”

“Why am I being indicted … for ghostwriting an innocuous article for which I received no payment, let alone from a foreign government, when the mother of all FARA cases, the Bidens’ systemic influence-peddling on behalf of foreign governments, for which they raked [in] millions, goes unpunished?”

Meanwhile, Merrick Garland's DoJ has no interest in Hunter Biden, who did all the same stuff that Luft did -- except in spades!

Around the same time, in late 2015, CEFC China Energy chairman Ye Jianming and executive director Jianjun Zang are believed to have met then-second son Hunter Biden for the first time.

Hunter didn't work for the head of one of CEFC's subsidiaries. Hunter worked for the chairman of CEFC China Energy, Ye Jianming. Watch the relationship. Hunter worked for Ye.

In a WhatsApp exchange dated 8/3/2017, Hunter Biden tells CEFC associate Gongwen Dong, aka Kevin: "The Biden's are the best I know at doing exactly what the Chairman wants from this [partnership]."

Hunter certainly didn't screw around with a measly $350,000. Hunter was throwing around telephone numbers. His deal deal was $10 million for three years for introductions.

Who do you know that the chairman of one of China's leading companies would pay millions to have a sit-down with?

Suspicious activity reports obtained by House Republicans show Hunter Biden’s business partner, Rob Walker, received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC in 2017. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut.

Hunter and his associates raked in roughly $17.3 million between 2014 and 2019 from entities in Ukraine, Romania and China, $8.3 million of which went to the first son, IRS whistleblowers testified to the House Ways and Means Committee.

In 2017 the Bidens cleared $31,000,000 from CEFC China Energy.

And another agency bites the dust

Hunter was Joe's "gatekeeper." If you wanted something from Joe Biden, you had to give several million dollars to Hunter. There can be no doubt about that, but the question I haven't seen asked by anybody is, "how did every scumbag on the planet know Joe was for sale?"
