Merrick Garland is using the law to wage war on Americans

Not all Americans, just the ones that won't accept Joe Biden's WOKE restructuring of America -- the people that have always been described as flag-waving, red-blooded, God-fearing Americans. The people who have built and defended America for 250 years. They have become "the enemy."

However, during last weeks Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, we had a quartet of Senate patriots team up to expose the treachery of Joe Biden's puppet attorney general, leaving him stuttering and repeating himself like a broken record.

The Justice Department wages war against parents

Remember when the Department of Education (DoEd), the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and the DoJ conspired against The People to label and target the parents of school children as "domestic terrorists" for questioning Joe Biden's "equity" and "gender equity" policies?

Let that role around in your brain for a moment. The DoJ and DoEd, on orders from "the highest levels of government," conspired with a special interest to label the parents of school children, who disagreed with Biden's public policies, as "domestic terrorists," so the Biden administration could use the Patriot Act against them -- and for what? -- objecting to their kids being told they were racists and white supremacists.

Now watch AG Garland dissemble, deflect and outright lie when questioned by Sen. John Kennedy about the plot. Almost every word spoken by AG Garland in this clip is a lie.

A little thing like perjury doesn't bother these bureaucrats. They know they're exempt -- and remember what Garland said about protecting Supreme Court Justices at the end of the video. We'll revisit that in a few paragraphs.

Here's Garland's memorandum, which sets the table. The key is in identifying those that pose a "threat," and we know who they are. They are conservatives. They are people of faith. They are Trump supporters -- and once you get on the DoJ's list, the rest is up to the FBI's SWAT Teams.

The Justice Department wages war against People of Faith

That final paragraph in Garland's memorandum? Well, that's bullsh!t too!

The Department is steadfast in its commitment to protect all people in the United States from violence, threats of violence, and other forms of intimidation arid harassment.

Watch Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) blast Garland for failing to prosecute attacks on pro-life groups and Catholic churches across the country. Lee presses Garland to explain why just two people have been charged with violence against pro-life groups despite more than 200 incidents being reported in the past year:

“In 2022 and in the first couple months of 2023, DoJ announced charges against 34 individuals for blocking access to, or vandalizing, abortion clinics, yet there have been over 81 reported attacks on pregnancy centers and130 on churches -- including burning some of them to the ground -- since the leak of the Dobbs decision and only two individuals have been charged. So, how do you explain this disparity by reference to anything other than the politicization of what’s happening there?”

Garland's DoJ treats peacefully protesting abortion mills as a greater crime than burning down a church, and, according to the AG, prosecutes more pro-lifers than pro-abortionists because it's more difficult for the FBI to arrest people for crimes committed during the night -- he really said that.

There is no equal application of the law by Garland's DoJ. The DoJ has become Joe Biden's STASI. It's as simple as that. If you oppose the abortion any time, anywhere, for any reason agenda, they're coming after you, as we discover next.

In Garland's DoJ, "equal justice" doesn't exist -- it's a myth

During Wednesday's hearing , Sen. Ted Cruz (TX) got into a heated argument with Garland and accused the AG of politicizing the DoJ and using the it as a weapon against pro-life groups, prosecuting them far more aggressively than activists groups.

Watch Garland refuse to answer and continually deflect from Cruz's question, "have you ever brought a single case under 18 USC § 1507."

Garland stubbornly refused to answer the question, "How many prosecutions?" Instead he insisted on rambling on about U. S. marshalls, which had absolutely zero to do with the question, "How many prosecutions?"

After several bitter exchanges Garland succumbed and finally answered, "none."

“So, the answer is, no. The answer is no. Why earn’t you willing to say no? You know it’s no; I know it’s no. Everyone in this hearing room knows it’s no. You’re not willing to answer the question. Have you brought a case under the statute, yes or no?”

The Justice Department even waged war against its own FBI

According to a report from The Washington Post, several "high-ranking" FBI officials objected to the Justice Department's raid of former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence, but the AG stubbornly refused to admit his politicized DoJ overruled the FBI .

While Assistant Attorney General Matt Olsen and counterintelligence chief Jay Brett insisted upon the raid, multiple FBI officials objected to it. in what the newspaper described as a "tense showdown."

FBI Washington field office head Steven M. D'Antuono reportedly objected to the raid, which he considered unnecessary and excessive. D'Antuono refused to conduct the raid unless directly ordered, and that he wanted to contact Trump's attorney, a former Justice Department prosecutor, to set up a search of the premises. D'Antuono is quoted as saying during the discussion, "We are not the presidential records police."

D’Antuono reportedly demanded to know if Trump was officially the subject of a criminal investigation. Bratt reportedly replied “What does that matter?”

During Cruz's interrogation, Garland said, "I didn't make the decision. I approved the decision," a statement that he has made before.

If Garland didn't make the decision, there is only one person that ranks higher and who could have made the decision to order an FBI SWAT Team, armed to the teeth, to assault the private home of a former President of the United States, and that is Joe Biden. We've long suspected it was he who made the decision, and Garland's defense of himself -- his insistence that he only "approved the decision," -- removes all doubt and clearly identifies the person who did.

Merrick Garland

Question. Deflection. Question. Misdirection. Question. Off topic ramble. Those were the common responses from the AG, all throughout the hearing. So, what's the point of it? What will become of what was learned? -- not much,

The system is broken, and men of weak character, like Merrick Garland, are responsible. The United States depends on honorable men for its governance, but there are none in Biden's government. Joe Biden is a crook and corrupt. Garland is simply a coward, and the rest are either social justice warriors or just "going along, to get along."

The motivation for this treachery is twofold. First, to firmly establish Barack Obama's racial and gender policies as foundational elements of the federal government -- his "fundamental transformation of the United States of America" -- and secondly, to keep Joe Biden and members of his family out of Leavenworth and from embarrassing the Democratic Party further.
