Are we just supposed to forget about what the Democrats did?

A Reliable Source

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence is charged with the oversight of the United States community and programs -- serious stuff! You want nothing but straight-shooters filling those seats, because the survival of the country depends upon them.

So, who do the Democrats appoint as chairman? None other than Adam Schiff, a man who time has proven to be a despicable liar and charlatan. For years, Schiff, or his surrogates, washed, spun-dried and funneled classified hearing information to his contacts in the news media as part of a one-man campaign of lies and slander deigned to destroy President Trump -- politically and socially.

Has Schiff had to account for his lies and deceit in any way?

Hell, no! He's moving on. He's now campaigning for Dianne Feinstein's seat in the Senate, but of all of the Democrats, Schiff is the one who kept the fire to Trump's feet, day after day after day, with the persistent lies that were fed to the public as "truths" sourced to the intelligence committee. These "truths" were written by Schiff.

Their never was any "evidence."

A Political Chorus

Nevertheless, and depending on the sensitivity of the information, the initial leak would be made by Schiff himself in a CNN interview, or the leak would show up on CNN from an "unnamed source."

Selected party members would receive information packets describing all the details of Schiff's latest "bombshell," and links into their agendas, and they would run with it and expand upon it.

These Democratic senators and representative spread lies and slandered President Trump for six or seven years and most of them -- if not all -- knew damn well that the Trump-Russia story was a DNC and Hillary campaign dirty trick.

It didn't much matter what these political assassins said or how wild the accusation was, the media ate it up. Some of these people still insist the "collusion" fantasy was real, but not one of them has ever said, "oops, maybe I made a mistake." Not one has ever paid a price for deceiving their constituents.

The Media Pile-On

Then came the real damage -- the mainstream media. From your first cup of coffee in the morning until you roll into bed at night, the mainstream media from the Today show to the late night "comedians," repeated the bogus allegations day after day -- week after week -- month after month -- year after year. The TV industry spent billions and billions to keep the lies alive. Whether any of it was true or not didn't matter one bit -- they just kept talking about Trump, the Russians -- "Trump's crimes" -- they just kept beating the drums.

The daily attacks were like the death of a thousand cuts. None of it was an accident and nobody really had to tell anybody what to do. The members of the "greater Democratic Party" all knew their roles. Remember Alinsky:

“A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.

Just watch how Maddow weaves together a series of unrelated stories and events with elements of fact to create a damning quilt of guilt.

That there was no guilt there was irrelevant. It was all made up, but she paid no price. She got a new $30 million contract.

A Lie Becomes The Truth

Finally, the imprimatur of the "Old Gray Lady," the "Newspaper of Record," The New York Times solidifies the lie that Trump worked for the Russians."

I will bet you that a dozen highly-paid executives, editors and writers sat in a conference room for a couple of hours to write and approve that eight-word headline. These are mass communications experts, some of the best in the word. They know there's a big "if" in that headline, but what they also know is what will be remembered is "FBI investigated -- Trump worked for the Russians."

The New York Times has paid no price for its years of lying propaganda. As a matter of fact, the 2018 Pulitzer Prize Committee even awarded its writers, and a couple from The Washington Post, the prestigious Pulitzers for:

"deeply sourced, relentlessly reported coverage in the public interest that dramatically furthered the nation’s understanding of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its connections to the Trump campaign, the President-elect’s transition team and his eventual administration."

Maggie Haberman, Jo Becker, Matt Apuzzo, Rosalind Helderman, Tom Hamburger, Ellen Nakashima, Adam Entous, Greg Miller and Mark Mazzetti still have their Pulitzer Prizes. I suspect the $15,000 prize-money is long gone.

None of those people have paid a price. As a matter of fact, they are now held in even higher esteem by their peers.

Brainwashed And Spin-Rinsed

After years of smears, and lies, and slander by the entire Democratic establishment, tens of millions of people, to this day, believe Trump is guilty -- of something.

They can't tell you, beyond "all of Trump's crimes."

Then They Did It Again

Then the Democrats went out and did it again. Just two weeks before the 2020 presidential election with these "51 Oathbreakers." Same drill. Same corruption. Different players, but the goal was the same to poison a presidential election with a gigantic lie.

The letter hoax was organized by ex-Obama CIA head, Mike Morell, at the behest of then-Biden campaign adviser and now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

Every one of those "51" conspirators has sworn an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution -- most more than once. Yet, there they are, turning their backs on the Constitution. Being a Democrat was a higher priority than being an American. The people most entrusted with protecting the United States engaged in a partisan conspiracy to corrupt an election -- wittingly or unwittingly.

The Payoff

What did America gain from all of the slander, lying, deceiving, manipulating and plotting by the Democrats, "journalists, TV talkers and spies?

They sure didn't get any justice!

They got Joe Biden and he is a crook. The Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Director of the FBI, the IRS Commissioner and the Head of the National Archives, have all been compromised by Biden and have all gone to The Dark Side. The greatest military in history is in diversity, equity and inclusion classes instead of honing its lethal edge.

Good Americans are now smeared as white supremacists, while school-children are indoctrinated with the twin poisons of Critical Race Theory and Queer Theory in the schools. Race relations are the worst since the sixties and crime is on the rise everywhere. Mobs are cleaning out retail stores and markets. There are no borders. June "Pride" month is the biggest celebration of the year, and worse.

As I was posting stuff to the database this morning at looked at the "Democrats" segment, and said to myself, "This isn't the way it's supposed to be in America. This is not who we are."

The country is a disaster. The coup began with a lie and is being sustained by lies. The lies brought us Joe Biden, a man who has built a career on lies and Biden has brought us a corrupt justice system, a coarse society and chaos.

This is the Cathedral of St. John the Divine today, as you read this. The cathedral is the mother church of the Episcopal Diocese of New York and the seat of its bishop.

Get involved. Talk to your friends. Write "Letters to the Editors." Contact your rep or senator or mayor. Americans have been bullied into silence and acquiescence. We need to take the country back and it better happen in 2024.
