Hillary Clinton has been above the law for 50 years
With the release of the latest finding from the special council's report, there can no longer be any doubt that Hillary Clinton was the initiator and mastermind behind the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.
Make no mistake, it was Hillary who invented the elaborate collusion hoax, financed it, and directed the conspiracy. The stunning revelation that lawyers for the Hillary Clinton campaign paid a computer technology company to spy on a sitting United States president shows that more than half a dozen crimes may have been committed to advance the false accusation that Trump colluded with Russia.
Hillary's crowning criminal achievement came after years of criminality, in which she has been up to her eyeballs in shady deals, corruption, evidence tampering and destruction. questionable legal maneuverings, and scandals since her humble country bumpkin beginnings in Arkansas.
Cattle Futures: In 1978, Hillary opened a cattle-futures account with a deposit of $1,000. When she closed her trading account ten months later, she had racked up $99,541 in profits, a spectacular 10,000% return on her initial investment, leaving many to believe this was a payoff for something unknown. Later, Hillary cheated on her taxes by not reporting the income from her trades.
Whitewater: The Clintons partnered with James and Susan McDougal to purchase 230 acres of land to build and sell vacation homes. In 1979, the Clintons had trouble making the interest payments on the property, called Whitewater. They obtained a second loan to acquire money for the first loan. They then obtained a third loan to acquire money for the second loan. All of the loans were represented as separate business enterprises, which means that they should not be sharing assets. The Clintons' business partner, Jim McDougal, died in jail for this crime.
Castle Grande: According to prosecutors, in 1985, Hillary drafted an option agreement that concealed from federal bank examiners a fraudulent $300,000 cross-loan in the Castle Grande transaction. The Castle Grande transactions were crimes. Her concealment of her role in this fraudulent transaction, including the hiding of her Rose Law Firm billing records concerning her legal work for Madison, were a bellwether for modern-day document destruction and the subject of an OIC obstruction of justice probe. Page 18 of the OIC documents notes that Clinton “destroyed” her personal records of her work for Madison Guaranty.
Whitewater Investigation: Between January 1994 and February 1996, Hillary Clinton made numerous sworn statements to the Resolution Trust Corp., the FDIC, the Senate and the House of Representatives, and to the Office of Independent Counsel. Each of these reflected and embodied materially inaccurate testimony relating to the IDC/Castle Grande venture. In 1996, the Rose Law Firm records sought in the investigation, were found in the personal Clinton quarters of the White House. Hillary’s fingerprints were all over them. The documents had gone mysteriously missing for two years. Hillary testified under oath that she had nothing to do with the missing documents and did not know how they ended up in the White House family quarters -- with her fingerprints all over them. In the midst of the investigation, when Vince Foster allegedly committed suicide, more chicanery surfaced -- a hard drive from Foster’s White House computer had gone missing.
The OIC believed that Hillary knew precisely where the records were and had reviewed them during the presidential campaign. The prosecutors' conclusion was: "a reasonable jury is likely to conclude that her [Hillary] statements to investigators during 1994-1996 were inaccurate and misleading [and] were made with the knowledge of their falsity. Hillary Clinton, Hubbell and Vince Foster’s concealment and destruction of the relevant records is substantial corroborative evidence of their consciousness of guilt."
Robbing The White House: In 2001, as the Clintons were leaving the White House, Hillary stole $190,000 worth of china, flatware, rugs, televisions, sofas and other items, more than enough to furnish her new home comfortably. After reports of the theft became public, the Clintons announced that they would make restitution of $86,000, or nearly half the amount. They also returned $28,000 in items. Hillary's story was that she thought they were gifts, but who gives sofas for gifts?
Halftime!: During the Bush Jr. years Hillary didn't have any power, but as soon as Obama came into office in 2008 and appointed Hillary as Secretary of State, she got back into her groove.
Arming Islamists: In early 2011, a lot of Stinger missiles were “signed out” of the CIA in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, and transferred to the government of Qatar by U.S. Special Forces, and from there to Ansar al-Sharia, our sworn enemies. It was Hillary's State Department, not the CIA that supplied the Stingers, because DCIA Petraeus wouldn’t approve the release of these deadly weapons, due to their potential use on commercial aircraft. The deal became public on July 25, 2012, when the Taliban attacked on a U.S. Chinook helicopter in Afghanistan, using a U.S.-supplied and marked Stinger missile.
Benghazi: Then there was the Hillary-organized operation to retrieve the Stinger missiles that became the disaster at Benghazi. Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve the US-made Stinger Missiles that Hillary's State Department had supplied to the Islamists without Congressional oversight or approval.
Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger missiles. This was a “do-or-die” mission, explaining the "stand down orders" given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Mission.
On September 11, 2012, Four Americans died, and they died because Hillary failed in her fundamental duty to protect State Department personnel by rejecting security requests and approving drawdowns, and she knew that such action was dangerous. That’s why Hillary claimed ignorance of the 600 cables directed to her office from the Benghazi mission, regarding the insufficiency of security at the Benghazi annex.
The Chappaqua Server: Hillary's secret email account surfaced publicly in March 2013, after a Romanian hacker known as Guccifer published emails stolen from former White House adviser Sidney Blumenthal. The Internet domain was registered around the time of her secretary of state nomination. The illegal and unsecured private email server was traced back to an Internet service registered to her home in Chappaqua, New York, but under the name of a man who does not appear to exist. Hillary used the service and a bogus email account -- hdr22@clintonemail.com -- for official State Department business for the entire period she was secretary of state.
Benghazi was one of the reasons why Hillary was using a private server, to keep any digital evidence of her missile-running operation from prying eyes. In October 2015, Clinton, in a rare admission of guilt, admitted that she had broken U.S. law in Benghazi.
The Denver Server: In July 2013, five months after Hillary resigned as secretary of state, the email server was moved to a Denver-based commercial email provider. Hillary’s Denver server was set up and maintained in an old bathroom closet in a downtown Denver loft. It was a mom-and-pop operation. They didn't even have security. The small number of employees who were aware the server was contracted to Hillary were told to keep their mouths shut. Hillary claimed that her server was set up for her husband, Bill, during his time as President, and said it was guarded by the Secret Service -- clearly lies.
Destruction Of Evidence: Using an unsecured private email server for government use, of course, is a crime in and of itself, but Hillary took it a step further by covering up the underlying crime. In 2015, she initially refused FBI requests to turn over the server in question, even as she later used the server’s eventual breach by hackers as supposed “proof” of Russian interference in her campaign. After years of holding herself above the law, telling lie after lie, and months of flat-out obstruction, Hillary finally turned the email server and three thumb drives over to the FBI. True to form, Hillary had destroyed anything that could be used against her. The server has been professionally wiped clean of any usable information using BleachBit. The thumb drives contain only what she selectively culled. Hillary went so far as to have her staff destroy their Blackberries with hammers. A Clinton spokesman told The New York Times that Hillary complied with the letter and spirit of the law.
Carlos Danger's Laptop: The Anthony Weiner/Huma Abedin laptop was seized by the FBI shortly before the 2016 election. The laptop contained 675,000 emails detailing crimes related to the Clinton Foundation, and possibly much worse. "It was all the Clinton emails, the Clinton Foundation, her Secretary of State emails, Huma Abedin’s emails -- lots of people emailing Huma as a proxy for Hillary. Many of the documents include classified and other sensitive materials.
RussiaGate: The Hilary campaign engaged in a "misinformation" campaign against Donald Trump all through the 2016 election. Hillary approved the plan as a way to distract the public from her email scandal. It was all bullshit, but a chorus of voices from the media and every Democratic rag in the country pushed the lie that the Russian government interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election with the goals of harming the campaign of Hillary Clinton and boosting the candidacy of Donald Trump. OIC Dunham's February 11th report "definitively" demonstrated the Hillary Clinton campaign directly funded and ordered its lawyers at Perkins Coie to orchestrate a criminal enterprise to fabricate a connection between President Trump and Russia.
The "Piss" Dossier: Was Hillary's backup plan. The British spy, Christopher Steele, organized the bogus Trump dossier from June to December 2016. It contained a whole bunch of lies and innuendo alleging misconduct, conspiracy, and cooperation between Donald Trump's presidential campaign and the government of Russia prior to and during the 2016 election campaign. The dossier was leaked by BuzzFeed News in January 2017. Democratic fixer and Perkins Coie attorney, Marc Elias, (who now works for Black Lives Matter) was the man who paid for the dossier.
Hacking POTUS: Shockingly, when President Trump moved into the White House. Hillary's lawyers hired a tech company to hack into computer servers housed in Trump Tower, and later, the White House for the purpose of spying on an American president. The spies were looking to uncover evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia, but no evidence was ever discovered, because it was, after all, a cunning hoax conjured up by Hillary and her acolytes.
It is critical to understand that this a national security story as well as a political crimes story. Hillary's spying was accomplished by hacking into some of the most secure communications in the United States. The idea that the Oval Office and other important offices in the White House were under surveillance by Hillary's political operatives stuns the senses.
A tech company executive, Rodney Joffe, who founded the world’s first commercial internet hosting company, worked with Michael Sussman, a Hillary operative, other Clinton campaign assets and individuals working for numerous tech companies to assemble the counterfeit data and white papers that supported the conspirators' false allegations. Sussman then went to the FBI, claiming he was an independent operator, with the false story that he had data and white papers that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank. He did an update with more "allegations" during a second visit. It was all bullshit, but the media ate it up.
Trump summed the conspiracy up this way: “This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death.”
It's impossible to get one's head around the magnitude of this woman's criminality, but I've tried to capture the BIG stuff. It will require years to fully document Hillary’s lies, scams, hustles and deceits. They are almost endless as another list by Edward Klein demonstrates.
The entire federal government and federal law enforcement community has long chosen to be deliberately blind to these flagrant infractions of laws designed to protect national security, while other people, even reporters, have endured atrocious investigations, prosecutions, and some served years in prison for comparatively minor infractions.
And you know what? After 50 years of criminality and orchestrating the biggest political crime in American history, she will never be held accountable -- and that is also a crime.
