Democrats are so busy stealing the country they've abandoned The People

The Democrats have been so focused on putting a commie and a "knuckehead" into the White House that they have ignored everything else and now the country is going to Hell. It's overrun with foreigners and its citizens are dying by the hundreds because they have failed to properly conduct the government's business.

Hurricane Helene devastates the Southeast

Torrential rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Helene capped off three days of extreme, unrelenting precipitation, which left catastrophic flooding and unimaginable damage in the mountains and southern foothills of North Carolina.

It was close to a worst-case scenario for western North Carolina, as seemingly limitless tropical moisture, enhanced by interactions with the high terrain, yielded some of the highest rainfall totals -- followed by some of the highest river levels, and the most severe flooding ever observed across the region. Ashville (NC) was particularly hard-hit, and the little town of Chimney Rock (NC) was completely destroyed.

Late on September 26, Helene made landfall at peak intensity in the Big Bend region of Florida, near the city of Perry, with maximum sustained winds of 140 mph (220 km/h).

For the last eleven days, an untold number of Americans throughout several southeastern states have struggled to survive and to acquire the basic necessities of life after the hurricane tore through the region more than a week ago, but the Biden-Harris government was largely indifferent to their plight. They had a campaign to run.

Officials reported that at least 227 people have died in the disaster with many more still missing and awaiting rescue. The devastation is horrific.

Chimney Rock is absolutely destroyed. The town was built alongside the Rocky Broad River. When fifty inches of rain fell into Lake Lure (above Chimney Rock) a flood of water roared down the Rocky Broad River wiping out the town -- and many of its residents and vacationers. Nobody knows how many are missing. The count of the dead continues to climb. Nobody knows how many are still missing.

The residents of Chimney Rock were forced to pack supplies on their backs and hike out of town to emergency services after the first thee days without help.

Residents say, what folks outside of our mountains might not know is, to put it scientifically, this is not a thing here. Sure, some areas flood -- some even flood badly, but these waters came fast and quick and in places where the high water marks that would come had only been seen in nightmares.

The people who were injured and killed by Helene were not stubborn fools who deserved what they got. They are people who weren’t prepared because none of us were. Especially FEMA!

The feds response has been a mega-clusterflop

"We are meeting the immediate needs with the money we have."

FEMA's budget is in excess of $80 billion. All FEMA has available for the hurricane disaster is $20 million -- and another hurricane is on the way.

Everybody knows why FEMA has no money left for hurricane victims.

On Friday, the White House said that it is "absolutely false" that the Federal Emergency Management Agency has given so much money to cities to deal with the influx of migrants that it has no funds left to deal with disasters" -- so ignore the above graphic.

FEMA whistleblowers disagree. They say that FEMA redirected $1.4 billion of taxpayer funds over the past two years to illegal aliens due to Joe Biden and "Border Czar" Kamala Harris’ conspiracy to flood the United States with millions of foreigners indebted to the Democratic Party. At the end of the day, this is a scheme to create a single-party, socialist America.

Critics pointed out that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) allocated $640.9 million this year in FEMA-administered funds to aid state and local governments coping with the influx of asylum seekers -- though Mayorkas’ office fired back late Thursday, insisting that those funds couldn’t be used for hurricane relief because Congress authorized them specifically for migrants.

Another lie from Mayorkas. The federal government reallocates funds all then time. Obama's racial equity and gender equity executive orders reallocated billions to install Critical Race Theory and Queer Theory as core components of the federal government.

Once the congressional budget is approved, administrators, directors and managers are pretty much free to spend their allocation as they see fit. They move money around all the time -- things change.

Americans? They're a resilient lot, let them fend for themselves. That's the attitude the federal government is taking.

The only help is coming from citizens, but FEMA is interfering

The Biden Harris government is AWOL, so American are doing what Americans do -- they're cranking it up.

From individuals to corporations, help is on the way -- that is if the federal government lets it through. Some Americans who are volunteering their time, money and resources are being threatened with arrest.

Elon Musk is outraged:

"SpaceX engineers are trying to deliver Starlink terminals and supplies to devastated areas in North Carolina right now, but FEMA is both failing to help and won’t let others help. This is unconscionable! They just took this video a few hours ago, where you can see the level of devastation: roads, houses, electricity, water supply and ground Internet connections completely destroyed."

Another American Citizen confirms he was told to "stand down" by FEMA.

“I had planned to go to East Tennessee -- you know, trying to see who may need my thermal drone most and whoever I could assist better -- but we're being told to stand down”

Officials say this is not happening, but there are so many real examples its hard to deny. It's the same old Democrat tactic -- lie, lie, and lie some more -- here's another.

"FEMA is not accepting volunteers or donations until the life safety mission is complete. Tennesseans, do not self-deploy to disaster areas -- this will hinder response and recovery operations."

But FEMA is not there -- nor is the National Guard or Army -- and this is more than a week from the disaster. Worse, the FEMA people are holed up in hotels, taking rooms needed by the survivors. As of yesterday, they had no orders to initiate search and rescue.

It seems like they want things to be as bad as possible. Their excuse, "we need professionals to do this" is just a load of crap. They need able bodies that can get things done.

What FEMA is actually doing is taking up hotel rooms that are needed for people who lost their homes. They are without orders and are running around threatening the volunteers who jumped in to rescue -- and the same FEMA employees are confiscating donations.

Here's a trucker who posted a video yesterday and shows us the evidence that the emergency construction equipment and supplies that are normally sent into hurricane affected areas aren't on the board for delivery to the Mountains.

FEMA's story? We're on top of it. Everything is under control.

Does this look like "everything is under control?"

And there are no government people in sight.

So, what are our glorious leaders up to?

Well, the White House released a "Fact Sheet" that was clearly written by somebody who is hundreds of miles away from the stricken areas:

"The Biden-Harris Administration continues to lead a robust Federal response to help impacted communities in the wake of Hurricane Helene. The Administration is working around the clock and mobilizing every resource available to support life-saving response efforts in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida."

The absence of military helicopters and convoys place lie to that silliness -- and this is day eleven.

Joe Biden did take a helicopter ride over the devastated area and when he returned, a reporter asked Biden about the disaster's damages:

“What do the states in the storm zone need after what you saw today?"

Biden response -- after he comes out of his coma -- was just what you'd expect from this cold-hearted bastard:

“Oh, in the storm zone? I didn’t know which storm you’re talking about… They’re getting everything they need and they’re very happy across the board.”

This isn’t what folks on the ground are saying.

“A lot of people were outraged, including me… you {Biden} are sending the signal that you’re not paying attention to some of these rural communities.”

And where is Kamala Harris? Is she lending a hand or a word of encouragement to the survivors?

Hell no! She's campaigning in Michigan and saying every nasty thing her writers can think of to say about Donald Trump -- and things did not go well.

Kamala Harris struggled to deliver remarks in Detroit, Michigan, Friday when her teleprompter appeared to suddenly stop working. The presidential candidate was stuck repeating herself multiple times like a skipping record, reciting "32 days."

Watch the expression on Kamala's face (12 seconds) when she recognizes the teleprompter is down and she's on her own.

“Remember this number? 32! Today we've got 32 days until the election. So 32 days. 32 days. Okay, we've got some business to do. We've got some business to do. Alright, 32 days.

That remark about being "the underdog" is interesting. Nobody in the media, the pollsters, or pundits have declared Kamala the "underdog." Was this a slip of the tongue revealing what the Kamala campaign internal poll numbers are showing? Sounds like!

It didn't get any better on her second speech of the day.

There was one glaring omission in both of Kamala's speeches -- any mention of the hurricane survivors -- and you don't hear any liberals squealing and preaching about how we should have "empathy" and "compassion" for the victims either.

Our brothers and sisters in the southeast have been alone for ten days -- and for hundreds of thousands, they remain alone.
