The Plan
Is A Go!
The United Way Defines Equity
Equity Isn't Equitable
Joe Biden's latest EO makes massive racial reparations the law
On his first morning in office, January 20, 2021, Joe Biden signed the Marxist-based EOs #13985 (funds and promotes all the DEI stuff) and #13988 (funds and promotes the genderism/trans/drag queen stuff). These two EOs have the force of law and have made "equity" and "gender equity" the new foundational principals of the federal government.
"Equity" is an euphemism for Marxism
According to the United Way's social justice warrior in the video to the left, "Equity" is giving people "what they need, when they need it and how they need it."
Yup! That's "equity" from the guy who conceived of the notion -- a guy that never had a job and who lived off of his family and friends. "Equity" is a game in which each player’s needs are either boosted or reduced to make results for all players the same -- except for the rules-makers, judges and referees. They get to live like dukes and duchesses.
To say "equity" ignores human nature and is grossly unjust is obvious to any rational being, but the Marxists behind Joe Biden don't really care about that.
Having turned America's schools into racial and gender indoctrination centers, the people that shoved EO #13985 and EO #13988 down the People's throats have directed Biden to sign a third "equity" order, EO #14091, "Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government." The word "equity" is used 63 times in the document, but the operative word is "support."
What is interesting in this document is the term "underserved communities," which occurs sixteen (16) times. The authors of the EO define, "underserved communities" in Section 2, Para. 3:
The term "underserved communities" refers to populations sharing a particular characteristic, as well as geographic communities, that have been systematically denied a full opportunity to participate in aspects of economic, social, and civic life.
The "particular characteristic" -- melanin content -- is pretty clear, but the "geographic communities," less so. Could "geographic communities" possibly mean Central America, the Caribbean, Africa, or simply, "the Hood."
The language is so ambiguous that the paragraph could be interpreted to mean anything and anything is always possible with these Lefties.
Section One -- Policy
The very first words in EO #14091 are:
Equal opportunity is the bedrock of American democracy.
The EO then contains a thousand words that erase "equal opportunity," and replace it with "equity," because:
A historic movement for [social] justice has highlighted the unbearable human costs of systemic racism that will be solved with, a comprehensive approach to advancing "equity" for all -- well, maybe not all.
Fact! Systemic racism does not exist in America. It is against federal law to discriminate against any person for any reason in America. This has been the law for 60 years. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 of 1964, says:
No person can be excluded from participating in or be subject to discrimination in any program or activity that receives federal financial assistance.
This is the federal law. The are dozens, maybe even hundreds of additional federal laws that protect citizens from discrimination. Federal laws ARE "the system." So, the rationale for this executive order is a lie, and it's not the only scandalous lie in this EO, but this lie forms the basis for this EO, to:
Affirmatively advance equity, civil rights, racial justice...
That is what EO #14091 is all about -- forcing every Executive Branch department and agency to accept all of the tenets of Critical Race Theory and Queer Theory, and to prepare for a massive reparations program -- and it must be done within 30 days of February 20, 2023.
"Each agency must assess whether, and to what extent, its programs and policies perpetuate systemic barriers to opportunities and benefits for people of color and other underserved groups."
Those department and agency heads know that they better find those "systemic barriers" and document them and have a plan to correct them -- whether they exist or not -- their annual reviews and promotions depend upon it. They know too, that they're going to need millions or billions more to hire diversity, equity, inclusion, and gender experts and drag queens to indoctrinate the federal workforce.
Section Two -- Definitions
This section is where this EO goes completely off the rails.
For purposes of this order: (a) The term "equity"' means the consistent and systematic fair, just, and impartial treatment of all individuals, including individuals who belong to underserved communities that have been denied such treatment, such as Black, Latino, and Indigenous and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color (but no White people); members of religious minorities (but no Christian people); lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) persons (but no Straight people); persons with disabilities; persons who live in rural areas; and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality."
If these commie, rat bastards really meant "the consistent and systematic treatment of all individuals in a fair, just, and impartial manner," they wouldn't have needed the additional 110 words it takes to describe who they mean by "all individuals," and in doing so, they make it clear as day that this executive order excludes straight, white and Christian people -- a clear violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, but hey! That's just a detail.
Further reading
The Policy and Definitions sections contain the radical material, but I encourage you to take a look at sections three through eleven -- they're not long -- which describe the management, tools and metrics that "shall be implemented" to ensure the success of Executive Order 14091. Refer to the document for more details. Sections six and ten, however, are most interesting and deserves mention here.
Section Six -- Allocating Federal Resources to Advance Fairness and Opportunity.
The Federal Government should, consistent with applicable law [this EO], allocate resources to address the historic failure to invest sufficiently, justly, and equally in underserved communities, as well as individuals from those communities. To this end:
(a) The Director of OMB shall identify opportunities to promote equity in the budget that the President submits to the Congress.
(b) The Director of OMB shall, in coordination with the heads of agencies, study strategies, consistent with applicable law, for allocating Federal resources in a manner that increases investment in underserved communities, as well as individuals from those communities. The Director of OMB shall report the findings of this study to the President.
And there it is, ":allocating federal resources." That is the language authorizing reparations, and because of the historic failure to "invest sufficiently," they're gonna write a check that America can't cash..
Section Ten -- Revocation
This section revokes President Trump's Executive Order 13950 of September 22, 2020, making the federal government colorblind:
It shall be the policy of the United States not to promote race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating in the Federal workforce or in the Uniformed Services, and not to allow grant funds to be used for these purposes. In addition, Federal contractors will not be permitted to inculcate such views in their employees.
How dare President Trump attempt to treat all American equally, regardless of race, creed or ethnicity? The horror!
This section also revokes President Trump's Executive Order 13958 -- Establishing the President's Advisory 1776 Commission.
The radicalized view of American history, that has vilified our Founders and our founding, despite the virtues and accomplishments of this Nation. Teaching students to hate their own country, and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes, but rather villains, lacks perspective, obscures virtues, twists motives, ignores or distorts facts, and magnifies flaws, resulting in the truth being concealed and history disfigured. Failing to identify, challenge, and correct this distorted perspective could fray and ultimately erase the bonds that knit our country and culture together.
Can't have that. These rat bastards will erase American history and replace it with propaganda like "The 1619 Project." Your children and grandchildren will be taught to hate everything American -- including themselves -- unless they trans, of course. They will become second-class citizens, whose sole function is to support the "underserved communities."
This is not loony tune, conspiracy theory. It's what this unlawful and unconstitutional executive order says, and what -- as of January 20, 2021-- has the force of law.
EO #14091 reconfigures the United States of America
It's no wonder this stealth executive order hasn't been seen on the evening news or social media. I haven't seen anybody in the Congress make mention of it either. There's actually only one tweet that mentions EO #14091 on Twitter.
When the excluded people -- those that are working their asses off -- start to see their "sweat equity" being forcefully taken by a big socialist government, they won't work as hard. The economy will suffer, and the once great United States will become just like the old Soviet Union -- and you can take that to the bank.
That is if they're not all out of business.
It doesn't do any good if you keep this stuff to yourself
