The FBI "may use deadly force when necessary"

The words jumped off the display at anybody reading them and millions asked themselves -- "was the FBI planning to assassinate Trump?"

The answer is "no!" The FBI knew Trump was in New York -- so, why did the FBI assault Mar-a-Lago like it was Saddam's palace -- and in civilian clothes?

Why the overkill? Why the subterfuge?

Judge Cannon pulls back the curtain

Judge Cannon is making history. She will be seen as honest, competent and strong. Judging by how much the Left hates her, she is performing well, and methodically exposing the Biden government's by underacting and releasing a large batch of previously secret grand jury-related documents stemming from the investigation into Trump for withholding reams of classified documents after leaving office.

Trump's attorneys had raised legal challenges regarding the constitutionality of the raid and violations of Trump’s attorney-client privilege, as well as concerns about the warrant’s scope and the actions of DoJ leadership.

In response to President Trump's Motion for Relief, Judge Cannon issued a report that tears Special Prosecutor Jack Smith's case apart. She is highly critical of the Justice Department in the planning and execution of the raid on Mar-a-Lago, which was part of the "documents" case.

The court filing sheds light on the behind-the-scenes preparations for the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, with specific details about the use of deadly force and the equipment carried by federal agents.

“[The] Court deems it necessary to express concern over Special Counsel’s treatment of certain sealed materials in this case. In two separate filings related to sealing, the Special Counsel stated, without qualification, that he had no objection to full unsealing of previously sealed docket entries related to allegations of prosecutorial misconduct.” . . . and so, she unsealed them.

Judge Cannon ordered the documents unsealed and unredacted and all the worms crawled out. At the top of the "Contents" page the words, "The Mar-a-Lago Raid Violated President Trump's Constitutional Rights," jump out at the reader.

In Section A(4) Cannon refers to "The Illegal Raid." In B(1) she writes there were "Misrepresentations In The Search Warrant," and in C(1) her heading reads, "The Mar-a-Lago Raid Was Executed In An Egregious Fashion And In Bad Faith."

The heading of Section II reads, "The Special Counsel's Office Violated President Trump's Attorney-Client Privilege." That's as 'in-your-face-Jack'" as it gets.

This document is lit dynamite!

I may get time to expand on this. I just ran into this document and have given it the quick "once-over." If I don't get to it, check it out. It's 14 pages, big print, lotsa white.

Merrick Garland and Jack Smith might start thinking of closing this one down before more government mischief is exposed.

Let's take a look at some of the information that has bubbled to the surface since Cannon's release of the unredacted documents. The first one got everybody's attention!

The FBI was authorized to use deadly force during the Mar-a-Lago Raid

On Tuesday, Julie Kelly reported what she described as shocking new details about the FBI’s plans to use deadly force and even engage the former president and his security detail that day if necessary.

In an August 3, 2022 operations order for “Plasmic Echo,” the FBI’s code name for the government’s investigation into Trump’s alleged mishandling of national defense material, FBI officials furnished a brief mission statement to the raiders on how to proceed with the unprecedented raid.

“FBI [Washington Field Office] and FBI [Miami] agents and [Evidence Response Team] will effect a search of designated locations within Mar-a-Lago (MAL) to locate and seize classified information, NDI, and US Government records as described in captioned search warrant,” the document read.

The raid was led by five special agents from FBI headquarters in Washington; 25 agents from the Miami office agents -- one of the DC guys remained anonymous. There was one DoJ attorney, and the assistant U.S. Attorney from the Southern District of Florida.

One section of the plan described how agents should handle the potential for use of deadly force:

The warrant authorizing the raid actually says FBI agents conducting the raid:

"will be prepared to engage with FPOTUS (former President of United States) and U. S. Secret Service Security Team."

"Should USSS resistance of interfere with FBI timeline or access, FBI MM EM will engage."

The FBI's apologists are going to have a difficult time spinning those two directives. The FBI came prepared and authorized to do battle -- over documents -- and they knew Trump wasn't there. So, who did the raiding party think was there?

The FBI agents were armed with “Standard Issue Weapon, Ammo, [and] Handcuffs.” They were equipped with “medium and large sized bolt cutters” -- and they had their handy-dandy "lock-picking equipment."

Here's where it starts to get weird. The operations team was clearly prepared for casualties. It included a medic to tend to anyone “injured” during the raid. The operations order also identified a nearby trauma center with a map and directions on how to get there.

Language in the Search Order repeats the authorization, "Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary" -- but here's where it gets really weird -- in the last two lines, the raiding party is ordered to dress as civilians and to conceal their weapons.

There is nothing standard about the FBI agents on any raid being ordered to wear "polo or collared shirts" and "to keep law enforcement equipment concealed." Look at how the FBI was equipped when they raided the home of pro-life advocate Chet Gallagher and arrested him just sixty days later.

Law enforcement arrest and detain operations are never conducted wearing civilian clothes with weapons hidden, especially against a former president who was under the protection of the Secret Service and that they knew wasn't there -- never! Ever!

So, what was the FBI expecting?

Dan Bongino says, "this is absolutely a big deal -- don’t buy the bullshit"

It was not a standard op. The Mar-a-Lago raid was an unprecedented action with significant potential for confusion and blue on blue issues and conflict. It also involved competing equities between federal agencies (FBI and Secret Service) with equal statutory claims to interrupt the other’s activities.

Anyone telling you otherwise is either dumb, or playing dumb. Only a dumbass would pitch the “it’s the standard paperwork” line. Go serve a search warrant at the White House in the cocaine case while filling out your “standard paperwork” and see how that works out for you.

Wake up!

The FBI demanded that Mar-a-Lago security turn off CCTV system is absolutely sinister. If the raid on the level, the FBI Law would ant the cameras on!

They forced Trump's lawyers out of the building -- no cameras -- no witnesses .

The Senate knows this raid was not on the level

There was nothing about the Mar-a-Lago raid on the level, right from the get-go. Even the FBI didn't want any part of the raid and strongly argued against it.

There is little question that an operation like the Mar-a-Lago raid was weeks, if not months in the planning. This was a platoon-size operation. It had to be rehearsed -- who does what, who goes where -- day after day. In watching the drills, senior FBI saw the opportuntys for screwups and resisted the plan as too combative and they they wanted to shut down the op.

Attorney General Merrick Garland ordered them, against their own best advice, to conduct the raid, and that's your first really big clue that the raid was political, not law enforcement.

The way Garland disputes what the Washington Post had reported, even when Hawley rereads the words for a second time is the stuff of a Hollywood comedy.

When Hawley asks him if he had been in touch with the White House, Garland loses control of his mouth, but it was too late. Garland had already made a really big slip up. He says he "didn't make the decision" to raid Mar-a-Lago. He says, "I approved the decision. " He makes it very clear.

Which begs the question, "If the attorney general didn't make the decision, then who did make the decision?"

There's only one person that ranks higher than the Attorney General on the federal government's organization chart, and that's the president -- Joe Biden.

There it is. Joe Biden was the man who made the decision to raid the private home of the former President of the United States, his chief political rival.

That is the important take-away. All of this is a Joe Biden political operation -- whatever the deep, dark secrets are.

It was always a political operation

It was a setup from the beginning and it began the previous year when the National Archives sent two pallets of documents to Mar-a-Lago. Now they want them back. Now that they have accused President Trump of having "classified documents" -- and what was in those banker's boxes of documents to begin with?

They were certainly ready to shoot or do whatever to anybody that prevented them from doing whatever they went there to do.

The FBI knew that Trump was 1,200 miles away in New York. The FBI had a team tracking Trump Force One, Trump's Boeing 757 jet. They knew he was at Trump Tower in New York and his Secret Service protection detail was with him.

They knew all of that and yet, they still raided Mar-a-Lago like the Allies invaded Normandy.

Why? The FBI could have knocked on the front door and presented a warrant.

It had to have been that "Binder" that was the target -- that missing collection of documents that are the cold, hard evidence of the Democratic Party's multiple conspiracies against Trump and the Trump administration, and they were prepared to do whatever it takes to get it.

Wouldn't you love to know what's in that 10" binder. It has to be heavy-duty to make all of these people go through all of this trouble.
